Paperless billing from Ziply Fiber is secure, convenient and eco-friendly. But someday you may need a past bill sent to you by U.S. Mail. You can make that request easily.

If you are logged in to your Ziply Fiber account:

1 Click the My Bills menu and select Past Bills.
2 Click the Request a Paper Bill link.

3 Click the checkbox to select the bill(s) you would like to receive by mail and click the Submit button.

4 A confirmation message will appear.

5 If you need to change or cancel your request, click the Request another Paper Bill link on the confirmation message or on the Past Bills page.
6 You will see the paper bill requests that are in progress. Simply choose to cancel your request for an individual bill, or click to request more and click the Submit button.

7 You will see a message confirming your cancellation or changed request.

If you are not logged in to your Ziply Fiber account:

1 Go to our Request a Paper Bill form.
2 Replace the Xs with your account number and click I'm not a robot. Then click the Submit button.

3 Click the checkbox to select the bill(s) you would like to receive by mail and click the Submit button.

4 A confirmation message will appear.

5 If you need to change or cancel your request, go to our Request a Paper Bill form.
6 After entering your account number and clicking the Submit button, you can either cancel your request or add to it.
