If you cannot change your autopay settings as shown below, skip to Step 6.
How to change your autopay settings:
If you use your phone to set up your autopay for the first time, you’ll see this message.
This autopay rule cannot be modified because it was set up over the phone. To change this rule, please cancel it and set up a new autopay. Cancel autopay

Your previous autopay settings are now cancelled.
To create your new autopay settings, go to step 1 of Set Up Autopay.
Sign in to My Account and select Manage Autopay from the My Payments menu.

Click Edit Autopay.

Click the setting you want to change: account, payment method or payment date.

Choose your new setting and click Save.

Review your settings and click Confirm.

Click Cancel autopay, then click Yes, Please Cancel to confirm.
