Account Summary

Your Account Summary at the top of your paper bill (and the first thing you see when you log in to the  Enterprise Portal) provides key information about your account such as the amount due and the due date.

It also includes your Account Number and your Personal Identification Number (PIN). You'll need your PIN to:

  • Register online services, such as your Ziply Fiber ID and the Enterprise Portal.
  • Verify your account, if needed, when you call to speak with one of our customer service agents.
