When you choose Preferences from the app's blue corner menu, you can make several changes:

  • Update your User Profile to include a different contact number or email address.
  • Update your security passcode or reset your Ziply ID password.
  • Change the way you receive Ziply Fiber notifications.
  • Handle your bill.
