Log in to My Account and click My Profile > My Ziply ID, Password & Email Notifications where you can:
- Change the email address linked to your Ziply ID. Click Edit next to your email address. Enter a new email address and click Save.
- Change the password for logging in to your Ziply Fiber account. Click Change my Password to enter and verify your new password.
- Add a mobile number. There may be times when you need us to call your cell rather than your home phone.
- Unlink a linked account. Click Unlink and confirm by clicking the UNLINK button you will see on your screen.
- Link another Ziply Fiber account. Click to link another account to your Ziply ID by entering its number and PIN.
