To change a service appointment, log in to your Account Summary. Select your Trouble Ticket to cancel or reschedule.
To make the following changes, contact us for your security:
- To change the billing name on your account, contact us
- To upgrade or change your TV, internet or phone services, including adding channels or increasing your speed, contact us.
- To move your services to your next home, see our moving page or contact us to find out if Ziply Fiber is available at your new location.
- To turn on or turn off Temporary Hold/Vacation Service, please contact us to see if you qualify. You may be able to suspend your services for a period of time at a discounted rate.
- To cancel your services, schedule a call.
