Service Changes

To change a service appointment, log in to your Account Summary. Select your Trouble Ticket to cancel or reschedule.

To make the following changes, contact us for your security:

  • To change the billing name on your account, contact us
  • To upgrade or change your TV, internet or phone services, including adding channels or increasing your speed, contact us.
  • To move your services to your next home, see our moving page or contact us to find out if Ziply Fiber is available at your new location.
  • To turn on or turn off Temporary Hold/Vacation Service, please contact us to see if you qualify. You may be able to suspend your services for a period of time at a discounted rate.
  • To cancel your services, please call and let dedicated agents help you figure out the best option. You can’t currently make changes to your service on our website.
