Your security is very important to us. To make sure your account information is protected, we are asking you to create a new 5-digit account passcode.
From now on, every time you call Ziply Fiber for help or information, we’ll ask you for your account passcode to verify your identity.
Note: If you have linked accounts, each account needs its own account passcode.
What about my 4-digit PIN?
You'll still use your 4-digit billing PIN to make one-time payments and manage your online Ziply ID / Username.
Create Your Account Passcode
- Log in to My Account and click My Profile.
- In the Ziply ID, Online Password & Account Passcode section, click Create beneath the Account Passcode section.
- Enter any 5-digit number in the New Passcode field and type it again in the Confirm Passcode field. You can click the eye icon to show or hide your passcode.
- Click CREATE.
- You’ll see a message that your account passcode is created. You’ll also receive an automated confirmation notice.
Change Your Account Passcode
- Log in to My Account and click My Profile.
- In the Ziply ID, Online Password & Account Passcode section, click Change beneath the Account Passcode section.
- Enter a new 5-digit number in the New Passcode field and type it again in the Confirm Passcode field. You can click the eye icon to show or hide your passcode.
- Click CHANGE.
- You’ll see a message that your account passcode is updated. You’ll also receive an automated confirmation notice.
