My Account Password

Log in to My Account to manage your Ziply Fiber account online. To log in, you’ll need a Ziply ID. See Create Your Ziply ID if you haven’t already set one up.

  1. From the Home tab, in the Account section, click ACCOUNT & USER PROFILE.
  2. In the Profile section, click CHANGE PASSWORD.
  3. Enter your current password.
  4. Enter and confirm a new password. A new password must be at least 8 characters, contain an upper- and lower-case letter, and at least one number.
  5. Click SAVE.

Ziply Device Safety Password

Log in to the Ziply Device Safety account portal to change your password. If you don't remember the email or the username, call 1.888.488.0247.
